New slate roof for SEL Clarke Ltd

Latest roof completed for our client Roger Clarke of local business SEL Clarke Ltd.

This roof has close on 7000 slates with 6 velux windows and solar panels

which are being installed now we have finished. Some testing conditions were experienced on this one as it is in West Down so close to the coast. 

All slates are hook fixed and all perimeters nailed and ridge is dry system.

Valleys formed with code 5 lead and for all the gables we used easyverge which eliminates any wind uplift.

Still got a GRP roof to do on the front entrance which should be completed this week. We have had the Gel top coat specially mixed so the colour will match the facias.

We are very happy with how it turned out.
