We have two options when a customer requires facia, soffit and bargeboard replacement.

One is to completely remove the old timber work if it is in a bad condition or if it sound to use cappit boards which are fixed to the existing timbers. The condition of timbers would be inspected prior to advising the customer which option to go for.
