Lots of site work we do involves using tiles from the major manufacturers Redland and Marley and we are familiar with all the different designs of tile.

On domestic properties we prefer to mechanically fix all tiles which is above the normal specifications to ensure a safe and secure roof in all weathers. As with slates we prefer to dry fix ridge, verge and valleys to eliminate any future maintenance of mortar laid tiles.

Below are before and after pictures of a house in Landkey, Barnstaple. The house has very old Clay tiles and we replaced these with Brazilian Slates.
